The premier league golden glove award is an award given to any goalkeeper with the most number of clean sheets kept at the end of a particular campaign.

Over the years, the likes of Alisson Becker and Ederson have dominated the stage but, this season, other goalkeepers like Nick Pope and Aaron Ramsdale are currently on top.

Nonetheless, I've decided to put up this article to highlight the current golden glove table after Aaron Ramsdale kept a clean sheet and overtook David De Gea on the log.

1. Nick Pope: the first goalkeeper on the list is Nick Pope who currently plays for Newcastle United. According to reports gathered, the English goalkeeper who has been quite outstanding this season, is currently occupying first position with 12 clean sheets.

2. Aaron Ramsdale: the second goalkeeper on the list is Aaron Ramsdale who currently plays for Arsenal. On Wednesday, the English International kept a clean sheet against Everton to take his tally of the season to 11. The clean sheet he kept took him above Manchester United goalkeeper, David De Gea on the log.

3. David De Gea: the Spanish goalkeeper who currently plays for Manchester United, is third on the list with 10 clean sheets. With the strength of Manchester United defense this season, it's possible that he might add to his tally before the end of the season.

4. Alisson Becker: the fourth goalkeeper on the list is Alisson Becker who currently plays for Liverpool. The Brazilian International who had a tough time earlier this season due to his side's poor run of form, took his tally of the season to 9 clean sheets after his side defeated Wolves 2-0 on Wednesday.
